Problem

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea were concerned that the office air environment was having a detrimental impact of absenteeism and productivity.    

Current temperature and CO2 monitoring was confined to the    Building Management System with minimal measurement points and visual images to understand the office environment.

Solution

To monitor in real-time CO2 levels, temperature and humidity across all office areas, feeding data to any web enabled device.
