Problem

Companies providing residential care home services have a number of business critical assets that need to be available at all times. 

A study carried out for Care UK highlighted Lift access, essential for residents to move around the building, Washing machines, essential for the provision of clean bedding, Kitchen extraction, essential for providing hot food.

If any of these services were unavailable, care will be compromised.

Solution

To develop real time monitoring of key assets, with the analytics to determine when deviations from the normal running signature are identified, allowing for containment/corrective actions to be implemented.
